Privacy

Effective 2026-06-08 (target). The business you bought from is LITHIUM REVOLUTION LLC, doing business as LITHIUM RHINO — that's the party your personal information relates to, and the party you contact for any privacy request. 1. What we hold

We hold only what we need to operate the support portal and the customer relationship behind it. From your existing Shopify purchases with a LITHIUM RHINO store we mirror your email, name, and Shopify customer ID into the portal so we can recognize you and route you to your orders. We do not mirror payment instruments, addresses, or phone numbers — order data is read live from Shopify when you view an order in your dashboard.

When you submit a warranty claim, registration, or damage report, we store the form data, timestamps, and any photos you attached. When you set a password, we store a salted password hash; we never see or store your plaintext password.

2. How we use AI

Three AI features run in the portal. Each one is opt-out by email to support@lithiumrhino.com.

  • Background triage. An AI model reads incoming tickets to categorize and prioritize them. It receives only the ticket text. Our model provider does not use this data to train its models.
  • In-portal assistant (“Rocky”).When you ask Rocky a question, your question and relevant knowledge-base articles are sent to the AI model. Transcripts are not used for model training. “Talk to a person” is visible on every Rocky screen.
  • Autonomous resolution. For a narrow set of low-risk cases, the portal can send a complete response without human review. High-risk categories — including all AC Kit returns — are always routed to a person. Every autonomous resolution is auditable; reply to any resolution email to request human review.

3. How long we keep it

  • Customer profile + cases: for the life of your customer relationship with LITHIUM RHINO, aligned with the brand's 8-year product warranty (plus an accounting tail).
  • Intake audit logs: raw submission payloads are kept for 90 days for diagnostics, then truncated to metadata-only references.
  • Auth account: until you ask us to delete it.

4. Who we share with

The Rhino Hub platform is operated by HostlyAias a service provider on LITHIUM RHINO's behalf. The HostlyAi↔LITHIUM RHINO arrangement is governed by written service-provider terms (currently in draft, pending counsel) that limit HostlyAi to processing your personal information solely to provide the platform, with no sale, no sharing, no use for HostlyAi's own purposes, and no combining of LITHIUM RHINO's customer data with any other tenant's data.

To operate the platform, HostlyAi uses a small set of sub-processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database + authentication), Shopify (your order data of record), Zapier (intake forms), Anthropic (the AI models), Slack (internal team alerts), and Google(Gmail, for outbound customer email). Knowledge-center videos are hosted on YouTube and Shopify's CDN as links only — no personal data leaves the portal database to power them.

Neither LITHIUM RHINO nor HostlyAi sells, rents, or trades your personal information. The platform runs no third-party advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to object to AI-only handling, and to restrict specific uses. Email support@lithiumrhino.com to exercise any of these. We will acknowledge within 30 days and complete within 90 days. No fee for a first-time request.

6. Security

The portal is multi-tenant, with isolation enforced at the database row level. Cross-tenant access is blocked by the database engine itself and verified by automated tests on every commit. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Credentials live in an encrypted secrets store, never in code or logs.

7. Children

The portal is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, email us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We will post the current version of this notice here with its effective date. Material changes will be emailed to registered portal users at least 14 days before they take effect.
