By accessing or using Rhino Hub you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
Rhino Hub is a customer-support portal for LITHIUM RHINO customers. It lets you track your existing orders, browse the knowledge center, register a warranty, file a warranty or damage claim, and reach our support team. It is not a store — purchases are made on the LITHIUM RHINO Shopify storefront.
Accounts are available to recognized LITHIUM RHINO customers. You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in and for keeping your one-time codes and password confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us promptly at support@lithiumrhino.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Use the portal only for its intended support purposes. Do not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt or probe the service, upload malicious content, or submit information you know to be false. Provide accurate details so we can help you effectively.
The portal is a channel for submitting warranty registrations and claims; it does not by itself create, modify, or approve warranty coverage. Coverage and remedies are governed by LITHIUM RHINO's applicable warranty policy. Submitting a claim is a request — a person reviews every claim, and approval is not guaranteed.
Rocky is an automated assistant that surfaces information from our knowledge base. Its answers are informational only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not professional, safety, or installation advice. Verify anything important with our team, and for battery, electrical, or AC-kit questions contact a human before acting.
When you submit forms, photos, or messages, you grant LITHIUM RHINO and HostlyAi permission to use them to handle your request and improve support. Do not submit other people's personal information without their permission. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy notice.
The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may limit access where needed to protect the service or our customers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the portal is provided without warranties of any kind, and LITHIUM RHINO and HostlyAi are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal. Nothing here limits any rights you have under LITHIUM RHINO's product warranty or applicable law.
We may suspend or end access to the portal if these Terms are misused. You may stop using the portal at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (To be confirmed by counsel.)
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use of the portal means you accept the updated Terms.
